What is check-in/check-out time?
Check-in begins at 3:00 pm, but you can check-in anytime between 3:00 pm and 2:00 am.
Check-out is at 12:00 pm, but there are paid options for a later check-out time, which can be arranged through our front desk.
What is your cancellation policy?
If cancellation is made 48-hours or more prior to your reservation date, there is no charge. If less than 48-hours notice is given, a penalty of 1-night room + tax will be charged.
How much is parking, and can it be reserved?
Parking charges are $25.00 + HST (15%) per vehicle, per night. Parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Parking garage is owned and operated by the city of Saint John.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes! We offer secure luggage storage at no additional charge.
Does the hotel allow pets?
Yes, dogs and cats are welcome at Saint John Harbourfront Hotel. Fees are $35.00 + HST per pet, per stay. To book a pet-friendly room, call hotel reservations at (506) 693-8484. Please review our pet-policy prior to your arrival.
What is your smoking and/or vaping policy?
All guest rooms and common areas are non-smoking/vaping. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking and/or vaping of recreational cannabis is not permitted on the hotel property. Violation of any component of this policy will result in a $250.00 fine applied to the guestroom.
How far is the hotel from the airport?
Driving time from Saint John Airport (YSJ) to the hotel is approximately 23 min, (18 km). The hotel does not provide a shuttle service.
