Saint John Harbourfront Hotel looks forward to providing a relaxing stay for you and your pet. Advance notice is required, as there are a limited number of Pet-Friendly rooms in the hotel. A nominal pet fee will apply.

To ensure a comfortable stay and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review our pet policy and associated fees.
- Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $35 plus tax per night is applicable. This fee covers the additional cleaning required to maintain the highest standards of hygiene for all our guests.
- Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee may be charged if extra deep cleaning is required due to excessive pet-related mess. For safety reasons, housekeeping will not service the room while a pet is present. Please contact the Front Desk to arrange service at a convenient time.
- Pet-Friendly Areas: Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms and common areas. Please refrain from bringing your pet into the pool area, dining facilities, or fitness centre.
- Pet Supervision: Pets must be supervised and kept on a leash or in a carrier when outside your room. We kindly request that pets not be left unattended in rooms to prevent any disturbances to other guests.
- Noise Control: To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, we ask that you manage any excessive noise caused by your pet. Persistent disturbances may require alternate arrangements for your pet.
- Waste Disposal: Please use the designated pet waste disposal areas located around the property. Complimentary waste bags are available at the front desk for your convenience.
